Brock Pierce

Chief Executive Officer

Brock Pierce, a film industry veteran, entrepreneur and lifelong gamer, co-founded WorldOfWacOnline in 2001 and now serves as the company's chief executive officer. Appearing in numerous films, including Disney's Mighty Ducks and D2: The Mighty Ducks , Brock began acting at the age of four and in 1995 played the starring role in the Disney film First Kid . Brock parlayed his acting career into successful business endeavors when, while attending USC film school he started an independent production company and later was the first executive hired at a Los Angeles-based new media entertainment company with investment from Microsoft, Intel and NBC. An avid EverQuest player since the game's inception and a past leader of Vallon Zek`s Tier 1 Guild, Brock is the chief architect of IGE's market strategy and the visionary behind the company's diverse holdings.

Mark Stephen Salyer

President

Steve Salyer joined WorldOfWacOnline as president in 2004 with more than twenty-five years of corporate management experience at technology-driven entertainment companies. Prior to joining IGE, Steve served as president of business development at Ubi Soft Entertainmentone of the world's leading videogame publisherswhere he identified and managed the acquisition of RedStorm Entertainment and the entertainment division of The Learning Company. He was also involved in publishing premier products such as Ubi Soft's Tom Clancy branded games, Myst, SSI, Prince of Persia and Shadowbane . Steve began his executive career in the game industry at Strategic Simulations, and subsequently joined Electronic Arts where his contributions to strategic planning, affiliated label distribution, business development and acquisitions were key to building EA into a publicly traded company and global leader in independent game publishing. In a later role as the founder and CEO of 911 Entertainment, an Internet-based music venture, Steve led efforts that produced the world's first interactive music CDs that linked to artist web sites.

Alan Debonneville

Chief Operating Officer

Alan Debonneville is a co-founder of WorldOfWacOnline and has managed the company's e-commerce strategy and customer service operations since IGE's inception. In his position as chief operating officer, Alan is widely respected in the MMOG industry for his deep understanding of virtual economies and online trading in gaming communities. His keen perspective comes in part from his experience as an accomp-lished lifelong gamer: Alan was previously ranked No. 1 on the Warcraft 2 Case's Ladder , amongst the original EverQuest beta testers, and he formerly led the infamous " Twelve Prophets the most successful and notorious guild in Vallon Zek server history. Alan also gained early perspective as a business pioneer in the secondary market as one of the first resellers of EverQuest currency and virtual assets.

Peter Huie

Senior Vice President & General Counsel Peter is a summa cum laude graduate of Loyola University and received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Stanford Law Review and the Founding Editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance. After graduation, Peter entered private practice with Paul Hastings, Janofsky and Walker in Los Angeles, where he concentrated in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities practice. In 2000, Peter joined MaxWorldwide, Inc. (formerly L90, Inc.), a NASDAQ-listed company and industry leader in serving internet advertising. At MaxWorldwide, Peter served as General Counsel and developed extensive experience in securities regulation, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and intellectual property law related to the internet industry. This experience should prove invaluable toWorldOfWacOnline and Ogaming Network as we move forward in solidifying our position as the worldwide industry leader in facilitating virtual commerce in multiplayer games and in providing superior internet-based content to the players of MMOs.

Matthew P. Smith

Senior Vice President, Finance & Controller

Joining WorldOfWacOnline in 2005 as senior vice president, finance and controller, Matthew Smith draws on a breadth of experience in both operational and transactional financial management. Early in his career, Matt served as an investment banker at Societe Generale, SG Cowen and Jefferies and Company. As an investment banker, Matt provided M&A, equity and debt products to the entertainment, Internet and technology sectors. More recently, Matt was CFO at American Vantage Mediaan independent film distributor, and The Firmthe leading talent management company in the world. In his capacity at The Firm, Matt was involved in several significant transactions including the acquisition of Michael Ovitz' AMG and the sale of a majority stake in Pony International. A graduate of Georgetown University with a B.S. in Biology, Matt was at one time a researcher in the Smithsonian Institution at the National Museum of Natural History before moving into a distinguished career in finance.

Heather Gore

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Heather Gore was tapped by WorldOfWacOnline in 2005 to lead all consumer and trade marketing activities, including the company's outbound and internal communications programs. Prior to her appointment as vice president, marketing & communications at IGE, Heather was a senior brand marketer at Yahoo!, where she was responsible for Yahoo! Games, including product, online, offline, brand-building and sales marketing programs. She was the driving force behind the creation and implementation of brand and direct marketing activities that brought awareness to Yahoo! Games' entrance into the video games market with the introductions of Yahoo! Games Domain and Yahoo! Games on Demand. Heather came to Yahoo! from Fleishman-Hillard, a renowned international strategic communications firm, where she was a senior vice president and technology practice director for the San Francisco office. During her tenure at Fleishman-Hillard, she managed a client portfolio that included Shockwave.com, Macromedia, Wal-Mart.com, Yahoo!, SBC Communications, Inktomi and Nortel Networks. Heather holds a B.A., cum laude in communications from Pepperdine University

Greg Jelniker

Vice President, Operations

Greg Jelniker joined WorldOfWacOnline in March 2005 as Vice President of Operations bringing with him over 10 years international experience in the development, expansion, and management of customer service and contact center operations. Prior to joining IGE, Greg spent four years as Senior Solution Delivery Director at ClientLogic, one of the leading international business process outsourcers in the customer care industry. While at ClientLogic Greg directed customer support operations for BT Openworld, consumer internet division of British Telecom and one of the largest internet service providers in the UK. Greg led an expansion of over 1400 agents supporting BT across nine locations in the UK, Ireland, and India. Most recently at ClientLogic Greg oversaw a major expansion of customer support operations for French internet service provider Neuf Telecom. Previously, Greg was Director of Professional Services in the Benelux region for Genesys Telecommunications, and Manager of Client Services - Europe, Middle East, and Africa for global customer care provider Sykes Enterprises. During his career Greg has helped many world-class companies manage their customer support including AOL, Apple, Disney, HP, and Microsoft. Greg is a Certified Genesys Engineer and holds a B.S. Degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Janice Cheah

Vice President, Human Resources & Administration

Janice Cheah joined WorldOfWacOnline in January 2003 to lead administrative operations and human resources. Prior to joining IGE, Janice was a consultant with Rumah BVBA, a Belgian trading firm. Janice also spent numerous years with Creation, a leading designer costume jewelry network marketing company based in Brighton, U.K. Janice received her B.A. in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma.

David D Christensen

Vice President, Business Development

David D Christensen joined WorldOfWacOnline in 2005, bringing a vast and successful record of identifying and acquiring intellectual properties, and negotiating and closing development, licensing, production and distribution deals. Previously, Dave consulted in the banking and wireless gaming markets and headed up business development for Universal Interactive and Black Label Gamesboth divisions of Vivendi Universal Games. Dave has led negotiations with major content and publishing partners including Universal Consumer Products Group, Marvel Enterprises, Tolkien Enterprises, Metallica, the Bruce Lee estate, Electronic Arts, Atari, SEGA, Sony Pictures Digital, and Superscape. Early in Dave's career he was a founding member of the talent agency R.E.D, and a tax attorney with Deloitte & Touche LLP. A member of the Illinois State Bar, Dave is an alumni of the Georgetown University Law Center, as well as the John Marshall Law School and the University of Illinois.

Andreas Wallberg

General Manager, Technology

Andreas Wallberg joined WorldOfWacOnline as general manager, technology in August, 2004. Previously, Andreas was a co-founder and chief technology officer at e-man AB, a Swedish software consulting company. Andreas brings to WorldOfWacOnline significant software development and project management skills, as well as extensive experience in building multi-tiered e-commerce solutions for large-scale industrial customers. Andreas' online gaming experience dates back to text-based online games and he developed and ran his own multiplayer dungeon in 1998.
